Articles under pending changes are currently not autoaccepting manual reversions from users that meet the auto accept criterion.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to article history
- Click on the timestamp of a historical revesion
- Click edit this page
- Make any change to the text of the historical revision and save.
This will result in the edit being placed in the pending changes feed, even if one exceeds the autaccept permission level. This has been confirmed to be the case even for users with the sysop flag.
