Reset Phabricator 2FA for Tgr

Description

I lost my 2FA keys when my phone had to be reimaged for repair some time ago. I cycled most of them but apparently forgot about this one (and didn't record the scratch codes either). Please unset multi-factor auth for my account. I have commited proof of this request to bast3002:~tgr/proof.txt.

(ftr: I just removed and re-added my 2fa for phab and phab does not give you backup codes (!!!). I saved the Key to type in manually next time.)
