We would like to have a calendar in our group, to organize all tasks and open meetings.

@Theklan you should be able to see a "Create Event" button on the top right of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/calendar/, yes?

You can then add whatever Phabricator project tags make sense to a task to search/query/view them all.

Ok... so the only option is posting it in a calendar that must work for everybody... quite confusing for a group, indeed.

The calendar system allows you to filter by tag, such as this which shows all Release-Engineering-Team related events: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/calendar/query/l_.HQWbQvHsN/#R

This might be a different perspective than google calendar, for example, but it is much more flexible (events can have multiple tags/projects).

Please feel free to use the Phabricator calendar application.

For what is worth:

This is the Calendar query for Wikimedia-User-Group-Basque. You can share that URL with anyone, and you can "Save query" and even put it as default for your own calendar.

You can also do a search for Hosts(#wikimedia-user-group-basque) to find all events hosted by any members of your group
