So somehow the lift didnt work this morning. We were frozen out and I ended up adding users one by one through my Account Creator status which was fine but slow. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Would love to get this smoothed out before the next one on the 24th. Any clues what happened?

I posted a comment on the patch. The problem is that 192.168.50.52 is in the 192.168.0.0/16 private address space. You need to find out what the routable public address is. You might try visiting https://www.google.com/search?q=what%2Bis%2Bmy%2Bip from the Art Center's network. You could also try asking a steward or checkuser to find the ip that an account was created from that triggered the block previously.
