This is a bug with old XTools. The equivalent query on new XTools is https://xtools.wmflabs.org/ec/sr.wikipedia.org/Zoranzoki21?uselang=sr-ec which is also full of English strings! :-( Can you help?

All translation errors and omissions can be fixed at TranslateWiki e.g. https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=xtools&language=sr-ec&action=translate

I'm removing translatewiki.net because this isn't a bug in translatewiki.net. Usually these reports are closed after pointing how to fix these in translatewiki.net.
