Found on iPhone 7+ with iOS 11.0 App 5.7.0 (1228)

Note - Does not occur on iPad or iPhone 4

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to an article
2. Rotate device to landscape
3. Open the TOC (if it is not open)
4. Rotate device to Portrait

Actual Result:
The TOC is stuck onscreen and no Close button (x) is present. The user must rotate back to landscape and close the TOC.

Expected Result:
Upon rotating the device, the user can tap outside of the TOC or the close button to dismiss the TOC.
