Dear Customer,
Unfortunately we don't have a possibility to setup limit for total monthly amount but we can setup new billing plan with new limits for resources.
The problem is that total amount is calculated basing on used resources so partially you can solve your request by defining max limit for each resource, in same time, some resources don't have limits for example for data storage input/output requests:
Input Requests: 65 M requests free of charge, 1.00000kr per 1M requests
Output Requests: 27 M requests free of charge, 1.00000kr per 1M requests

But I assume this is not what you need or asking for.

Let me know if you would like to change anything there.

With our recent issues this has become relevant again.

We updated how many daily backups are stored for the nextcloud server but without a feeling for what that costs we were more restrictive than we might have wanted.

Following their link I get into our payment details which apart from listing an old CEO seems to have been updated to non-sponsored prices.

I wouldn't say that it's easy to understand but everything should be there.

I've been trying to get the password to log in. I've (well, John) gotten the password to Mina sidor now, and from there I can change the password to Bahnhof Cloud. But if you already have it, I probably shouldn't change it. Can you give me the password?

If you ask @Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE he has it and can show you how to avoid locking everyone else out (which is what the login wants to do).
