Description

Document about SendGrid extension and provide useful links online (on wiki) for how this extension can be installed and used.

To read about SendGrid extension, you can checkout it's documentation link on MediaWiki.org here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SendGrid.

Work should be done in the README.md file and the skills required are; Mark-Down! Once done, just submit a patch and i'll be reviewed.

@BamLifa, thanks for taking time to work on this. I've left comments on the patch. One thing to note is that you shouldn't have made another patch, rather just amend what you had (commit message) and resubmit. I've taken a look and we'll discuss about this during the meeting so I can merge. Thanks again, look at the patches (1 abandoned and the other modified).
