Reason: I am a volunteer developer who would like to assist with scoring platform projects and have no way to test stuff easily and my system specs dont allow me to use vagrant locally so i am asking for access to the ores vps project to gain access to instances used there for testing.

@Zppix We discussed this a bit and are agreed that the shared labs VPS is not a good place to do development.
Can you post more information about the Ruby bug you ran into while trying to provision using Vagrant? Or are you happy with the nested Windows > Ubuntu > Vagrant?

@awight I'm okay with current setup i have with ubuntu ill be closing this task and my cloud vps one promptly and i have no real helpful details on the ruby issue so I cannot.
