The scroll indicator is overlapping with some content in the article view on landscape

The scroll indicator is currently overlapping with some longer content in the article view including Quick facts.

Steps to reproduce
Go to the Barack Obama article
Turn phone to be in landscape view
Scroll down to the minimized 'Quick facts'

Expected results
Scroll bar does not overlap with content including Quick facts boxes

Actual results
Scroll bar overlaps some content including Quick facts boxes

@cmadeo should we match safari behavior (scroll indicator at the edge of the screen even if it goes through the notch) or move the scroll indicator to the safe area edge?

Here's what moving it to the safe area edge looks like:

@JoeWalsh my preference would be to utilize the safe area edge

Tested on iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.3) and Wikipedia app 5.7.0 (1239). This is fixed according to the photos below the scroll does not overlap with quick facts whether it is closed or opened.
