I've been attempting to pull up the SVG check tool on and off for the past few hours without any luck.

The URL for the tool is: http://tools.wmflabs.org/svgcheck/index.php

When I navigate to that URL the browser goes in the loading state (i.e. "waiting for tools.wmflabs.org"), but doesn't ever finish loading the page.

Can someone here check to see what is going on with that system?

(Note: I'm able to pull up http://tools.wmflabs.org/ and it loads correctly, just not the svgcheck tool.)
