labsdb1001's switch port is at 100M, and some traffic spikes (up to 90M) are triggering LibreNMS' alerts.

According to the host's ethtool, the interface is supposed to support 1G.

This is usually due to a faulty interface or cable, I suggest we do the following one after the other:

1. Replace the patch cable
2. Change the port on the host
3. Change the port on the router

Until then I muted the alerts related to that port, we need to not forget to unmute them when the issue is fixed.
