On https://xtools.wmflabs.org/autoedits/fa.wikipedia.org/Bjh21/all, all of my edits are (correctly) attributed to "Global replace". However, the link for that name points to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:GlobalReplace, which describes a Java-based tool I have never used.
