[BUG] Empty "Change Language" list in certain articles

Description

It seems to be an issue related to the translated characters between Simp/Trad Chinese.

Steps to reproduce

Search article: Yankee Stadium (1923)
In the article page, click on "Change Language", and search "Traditional Chinese" (繁體)
In the Traditional Chinese article, click on "Change Language", and you will find an empty list.

Expected

Get the available languages list

Actual

Empty list
