I received another return from a person having trouble getting started with Phabricator. One of the principal trouble is the login page and processes.

Currently it shows two things : a login form (user/password) and a small button at the bottom "Login or Register, Mediawiki".

1. I purpose to at least change this button to something like "Login or register to Phabricator using your Wikimedia account", and enlarge it so that it is not visually absorbed by the form.
2. This explanation is given at the top of the page, in a small amount of label. The best would be to clearly show that there are two separate options, with distinct lines or zones/borders.
