Hi, I cannot verify as https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/Sbailey/ is not linked to a OAuth/SUL account (created by WMF) on mediawiki.org. Probably User:SBailey (WMF).
You can link them via https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/ > External Accounts
