Create a help page for end users. This should live at Help:Extension:Wikispeech on the MW-wiki. This has been started on the Demo-wiki info page (Help:Wikispeech).
The help button in the player should probably also link to the MW-wiki page per default. (moved to T199505: Allow external help page for the help button)
