Save dialog footer is wrong size after showing diff in NWE

Description

  1. Open NWE and make a change
  2. Open save dialog
  3. 'Review your changes'
  4. Switch to visual mode
  5. 'Return to save form'
  6. 'Review your changes'

The three buttons in the footer have collided during the height calculation and made the footer bigger:

This will probably resolve itself when we remove the feedback button (when the diff is out of beta?)
