[wmf.3 minor - regression] Rename Saved filter - when filter's name is entirely removed, the check icon is not displayed

Description

On RC page, have some saved filters.
Click on one of the 'Saved filters' and click to rename it.
Remove the whole name - when the name is removed, but the focus is still in the Rename box, the check icon is missing.

Move the focus out of the box - the check icon appears again.

Re-opened - the bug is present in production, hence adding Regression.

Re-checked in wmf.12 (testwiki) - the issue is not present anymore.
