I just looked at the Automated Edits page and it said I have 90 AFCH edits (https://xtools.wmflabs.org/autoedits/en.wikipedia.org/KylieTastic), but I actually have thousands of edits with that tool (https://tools.wmflabs.org/sigma/summary.py?name=KylieTastic&search=AFCH&max=500&server=enwiki&ns=).

I think this is a similar situation as T178434. The AutoEdits tool is only showing mainspace contributions by default. If you check it for all namespaces, you have a total of 5,235 AFCH edits: https://xtools.wmflabs.org/autoedits/en.wikipedia.org/KylieTastic/all
Meanwhile sigma/summary appears to show roughly 90 edits when limited to the mainspace: https://tools.wmflabs.org/sigma/summary.py?name=KylieTastic&search=AFCH&max=500&server=enwiki&ns=,

Yup, I was just about to comment it was the same. I know wit says "Namespace Main" but maybe to stop confusion it should be show on the big title i..e "Automated Edits (Main Only)" or "Automated Edits (Main Namespace)" as the other selection criteria (Name and language) are show in the header lines. Just a thought.
