The edit counter is showing you counts for all namespaces, whereas the AutoEdits tool by default shows counts just for the mainspace.
If you click the link in the edit counter it will bring you to https://xtools.wmflabs.org/autoedits/en.wikipedia.org/KylieTastic/all, where the figures match up.

Yeah, we could go either way here. The thing is on the Edit Counter you're not "opting" to see all namespaces, per se, we just show that for consistency because all the other stats pertain to all namespaces. I think in most cases people care just about the mainspace, at least for the AutoEdits tool itself because it shows non-automated contributions (e.g. I want to see just edits to articles that added content).
