On YouTube you can select a time that you want a video to play, and copy that as a link in a URL - It would be nice if we could have code that we could put in the files on Wikimedia projects to have a video start at a particular time - for example it could look like:

[[File:video-1.webm|thumb|200px|right|starttime=00:06:04|This speech has an awesome quote in it that starts six minutes and four seconds into the speech]]

This way, files wouldn't need to be trimmed and the user doesn't need to scrub through the file to find key parts in the video.
