No idea how this is done or which pages we should monitor, but hopefully other people can help me fill in the details...

I think we got this mostly setup: http://wm-bot.wmflabs.org/dump/%23wikimedia-commtech.htm

See the instructions at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wm-bot. Everyone at Community Tech is an admin, so just add new talk pages with @RC+ meta.wikimedia.org Page_title (or do wildcards like Page_title/*)
