A user at nowiki asks for a way to filter on redirects in the new recent changes. It should act like the entries for bot edits or own edits.
The same problem exists for disambiguation pages, but I'm not sure if it is best to split this in two blocks or have three optional entries in one block.
This is somewhat be related to that old request: T73236: Automatically tag edits that make a redirect, or convert a redirected page to a normal page, or move a page across namespaces, etc..
All those options should be identifiable like suggested on T177281: Mark redirects in RecentChanges and Watchlist.
