When translating this I found that I didn't fully understand the original message.
Does "Registered editors who have fewer than […] 4 days of activity." mean "registered less than 4 days ago" or "have less than 4 days where they did some kind of editing activity"? I guess the former since "time since registration" is usually what is counted, but the text itself seems to lean towards the latter?
It's time since registration, yes (AKA "account age"). @jmatazzoni do you have any ideas for how this might be clarified?

It means "registered less than 4 days ago, 4th day included (96 hours)".

This message needs more clarification... It currently reads Registered editors who have fewer than 10 edits or 4 days of activity. but requires both 10 edits and 4 days since creation. It should read something more along the lines of: Editors registered in the last 4 days who have fewer than 10 edits.
