Description

Numbering style for notifications badges is different: on the bell badge this number is language-depend, but on the neighboring badge - is not.

Please compare en/ar look:

In my opinion, both numbers should be language-depends.

Proposing to close this task as fixing is outside of the code base scope - this needs to be fixed by translators, not by developers.
