Text size slider is not usable when using voiceover

From OTRS:

Using voiceover, the text size slider on the appearance section of settings is not usable.

@NHarateh_WMF @JMinor if you've had more experience testing mobile devices with voiceover then I'll leave this up to you (my mobile devices aren't set to voiceover).

@Nicholas.tsg to set your device to use voice over:

  1. Go to Settings (on your device)
  2. Accessibility
  3. VoiceOver
  4. Turn the switch on for VoiceOver

Go back to the app

  1. Go to Settings (in the app)
  2. Tap Appearance
  3. Tap on text size slider to select it
  4. Swipe up and down to adjust font size
  5. Ensure that the article font size is being adjusted
  6. Ensure that the text size slider in theme control settings (Tt on the article toolbar) reflects the size you selected in Settings

I tested the latest build on an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 11. It would be great if we could test it on a device running iOS 10.
