When a page is linked via the special page MyLanguage, those links aren't listed in [[Special:WhatLinksHere]].

Example:

• This page (a redirect I created) doesn't show any links in Special:WhatLinksHere, even though it is linked from every Wikidata newsletter posted yesterday, like here (the "Read the full report" link at the bottom left).
