Description

We should go over the dashboards again (discussed it with @Krinkle yesterday). For example I never use the tables on https://grafana.wikimedia.org/dashboard/db/webpagetest?orgId=1 - I tend to use Graphs to see changes. I usually only use WebPageTest alerts and the drilldown dashboard (and that last one can also be cleaned up).

(Mostly for after T165626)
