Go to any page that has an image in it, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manchester_Institute_of_Biotechnology
Open the media dialogue for the image.
Go to the caption.
Add either a link or citation.

Expected: normal sized box

Actual: stretchy box

Mentioned In: T62919: VisualEditor: "Use an Existing Reference" option remains disabled for a reference inside Media Settings while there is a reference available to re-use in the page

Obscure enough problem to not be "Unbreak Now!", but should still be fixed soon.
