Probably the same issue as T87572: PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /.../includes/media/FormatMetadata.php on line 1045 , caused by EXIF data with invalid (or just very unusual) structure.
It's not a fatal FWIW, it shouldn't harm metadata extraction. It just spams the logs.
