@ssastry reports he can't upload the latest parsoid release using debupload and gets an error indicating that host "bromine.eqiad.wmnet" refused connection.
bromine has been replaced by releases1001/2001 in the past, so the issue should be that debupload still tries to use the old releases server and needs to be updated.
i'm not sure yet where that script exists though
