Pressing the enter key (or return key) in _any_ input box (read: not in textboxes, just single-line inputboxes) will remove the topmost election admin. I imagine this is because the default "enter" event of submitting the form has been replaced with "add another admin" or something else. Since this is causing unintentional (and potentially headache-inducing) side-effects it should probably be disabled or changed.

(NB: There is an active election cycle right now on fawiki, so investigation here should be stalled until that is over.)
