As discovered in T173374: Deleting file on Commons "Error deleting file: An unknown error occurred in storage backend "local-multiwrite"." the cleanup we did in T175689: Remove X-Content-Dimensions for multipage originals failed to reset the x-content-dimensions header for files that couldn't be downloaded from nginx. I suspect those are pathological cases and therefore not very many, but we need to find those and POST an empty x-content-dimensions header to make the files downloadable (and deletable) again.
