Currently the wikibase image uses mediawiki 1.29, we should update to 1.30 when released.
At the same time we could actually start tagging / versioning images?

@Addshore We already are tagging images:
https://hub.docker.com/_/mediawiki/
What will happen is this file will be updated:
https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-docker/blob/master/stable/Dockerfile
and then update the tags:
https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/blob/master/library/mediawiki
(we'll obviously drop the 1.29 and 1.29.1 tags)
@dbarratt This ticket refers to the wikibase docker image, for which there is currently only a latest version.
