Imagine: A persistent timeline of failmail volume.
Would be stellar if we could break this apart by general category (batch import fails, live qc issues, whatever else makes sense).
Note for the future: There are several other nail-biting errors that don't currently generate failmail, but that we should keep an eye on, volume-wise.
