Somewhere along the way we made it far too easy to create dblist files. Don't get me wrong, they're incredibly useful. But each addition adds overhead to every single request that hits an Apache--especially those that use dblist magic to dynamically generate them.

We should do an audit and see if they're all really necessary anymore and clean up those that aren't.
