Steps to reproduce

Peek on any feed detail view but don't pop
Then try title bar tap to scroll to top

Expected results

No tears

This exact issue was previously fixed but I haven't tracked down the PR

Testing on iPhone 7 (iOS 11.0.2) - Wikipedia app 5.8.0 (1264). Tapping the W scrolled to the top after I did a Peek test, so this is fixed.

The "title bar" I believe is referring to the top of the screen (the clock), and not the "W" icon.

Testing on iPhone 7 (iOS 11.0.2)/Wiki app 5.8.0 (1264) again - tapping the top of the screen (the clock) scrolled to the top as well (after I did a peek test) so this can be considered fixed after all.
