Detect and ignore links with wikitext substitutions

Description

Today I noticed IABot marking two links as dead which contain the {{CURRENTYEAR}} special word. Both links, when clicked on the page, worked fine. I think that either IABot should stay away from links like this, or it should substitute valid special words (for itself, so without changing the wikitext).

Recommend checking for and skipping URLs containing '{{' .. this and {{Billboard}} and other templates will mess up the parsing engine.

I have an idea how to deal without this, but it’s not going to happen until the lower level core gets its rewrite.
