Allow to create tasks for a project from that project page
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Projects in Phabricator have a project page with general info and a workboard among other sections. This is a good place to direct people interested in such project. However, there is no easy way to create a new task for that project starting from the project page. Currently, users are required to go to the generic task creation process where they have to look for the right project to add to the tag section. That makes the process harder and exposes users to the complexity of all existing projects.

If I'm directed to the Wikimedia styleguide project page, it would be great to have an action available to create a new task for it. This can just lead to the regular task creation view but with the Wikimedia Design Style Guide tag pre-filled.

That is already "allowed", if you edit the menu sidebar of that project and add a link :)

I didn't know the menu was editable. Thanks!
Is there documentation on how to construct such URL for the right tag to be prefilled?
