Reset 2FA for [[User:Jean-Frédéric]]

Description

My phone died unexpectedly and of course I had not backed-up my scratch codes :-/

Would it be possible to reset 2FA on both Wikitech and Wikimedia projects (both accounts which are linked from my Phabricator account [on which I was still logged-in]).

Per T159521 and others I added on tools-bastion-03 a file /home/jeanfred/2-fa-reset.txt with a reference to this task.

Apologies for the inconvenience and let me know if there is anything I can/should do :)

@JeanFred Could you send an email from the email address currently attached to your global account to ca@wikimedia.org ? Sorry for the delay in responding here. (Edit - this will only be for the global account, someone in ops will need to handle the wikitech aspect)

After validating the contents of /home/jeanfred/2-fa-reset.txt I disabled OATH for @JeanFred's developer account.

$ mwscript extensions/OATHAuth/maintenance/disableOATHAuthForUser.php --wiki=labswiki Jean-Frédéric
OATHAuth disabled for Jean-Frédéric.

Yay! Thanks @bd808 − I could login fine on Wikitech.
