Project Name: wikidata-primary-sources-tool

Purpose: to deploy the Wikidata Primary sources tool back end v2, see https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Primary_sources_tool#Architecture

Wikitech Username of requestor: Hjfocs

Brief description of project: the Wikidata primary sources tool is a curation facility of third-party dataset releases, where Wikidata users can review, edit, or reject statements uploaded by external data providers.
The back end is a Wikidata query service fork, which is written in Java: I tried to deploy it on Toolforge with no success, due to memory requirements.

How soon you are hoping this can be fulfilled: ASAP

+1 once labvirt1015 is online and we have a bit more space for VMs

We are dealing with a bit of a resource crunch (T161118, T171473, T178937, etc) and need to rebalance and do some rounds of purging potentially. We agreed as a team this is +1 but will have to wait for labvirt1015 to come online. I'm going to be hopefully doing that this week but not today. Stay tuned :)

@Hjfocs I've created the new project; you should be able to access it and add additional users or project admins as needed.
