We should create a new tool on Toolforge (interaction-timeline-api ?) that will query the database replicas and give responses in JSON format. (if we want to get deleted revisions, the API will have to query the API rather than the replicas)

The tool should also add the CORS header so it can be used with the Interaction Timeline on different environments (i.e. locally)
