Looks like almost everything under https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Category:Fundraising_templates is obsolete. When would-be donors find their way to these forms, they usually end up frustrated, and sometimes make things confusing for Donor Services. The broken donation in T177321 with email nobody@wikimedia.org seems to be a result of someone filling in one of these forms that submits directly to paymentswiki.
