Desired state for cat17: no default value for payment interval, donor type. "Germany" as default value for country.
Background:
In 10h16 payment interval "once", donor type "private", and country "Germany" are defaults (passed from the backend) when reaching the donation form without any special parameters.
This differs from the behaviour shown in the mock-up where no values are pre-filled.

we do not need private and once prefilled. But Germany shall be the default option. This was the state of the art when we tested the new skin with the omitsis-version. @Pablo-WMDE
@tmletzko "we do not need" = "we do not want" or "it's ok either way"? Might feel like nit-picking but can make a remarkable difference in needed effort (especially given there is a time in which we have to support both skins and these values come from the backend).
we do not need = please don´t set a prefilled value in the new skin (otherwise it takes a lot of time to have this behaviour, then I would go with the easiest way). But I guess having no prefilled value is the easiest one, right?
As discussed (w/ @tmletzko @kai.nissen), letting the skin behave as the backend indicates (default value) is the quickest (no diff) scenario. As the vast majority of people will reach us from banners w/ values preferences this is acceptable for now (says Till).
