Description

I've just received a talk page notification from fo.wiki even though my interface language is not in English there.

Compare:

It's a remarkable waste to use English in email notifications, which are the only way we reach out to many of our less active registered users.

Yeah but that's just one example, what about the 70 other languages? :) It would be nice to have a systematic solution, e.g. fall back to the normal enotif if the new one is untranslated.

Looks like those translators also translate Icelandic (is), so fallback to that?
