Description

Prepare the application for a 90-konto. It need to be finalized latest week 47.

    • Partially filled in. Information needed:
      • Substitute auditor - whom should we add? both?
        • e-mailed auditor and asked. No substitute at Grant Thornton - we'll add none.
      • Recipients, which do we need to add?
        • none
      • Signature from each board member, as well as auditor

    • We have one from 2011. I've e-mailed Skatteverket and asked if we can get a new one.
    • They will send one by mail on 2017-11-23. Cost: 180 SEK

    • E-mailed Svensk Insamlingskontroll and asked if they can provide them. If not, we have called companies and chosen one.
    • Svensk Insamlingskontroll can only help those who already have a 90-konto. I've e-mailed the company.
    • Called the company. They'll set up the account and I'll call them 2017-11-28. Cost will be 1095+(65*9)=1680 SEK.

2017-12-22: Sent the credit reports before the rest of the documents after talking to Svensk Insamlingskontroll
2017-12-28: Sent the application
2018-01-18: They have received the application, and have looked at it. They will probably ask us to make some things, like our purpose, more concrete. Depending on how many questions they have, they will either deny our application and ask us to hand in a new one, or ask us to update the current application. They might be able to get back to us as soon as in week 4.
2018-01-25: Application denied because we need a more concrete purpose - we need to update our bylaws. We need to send them all of the documents anew, including application with signatures and new credit reports. We can send a draft of the updated bylaws to LH at Svensk insamlingskontroll before we update them officially.

The application was sent in, but was rejected as we need to clarify our statues in accordance with their new demands (there is no real change of the content, only clarifications). A final vote for that will happen at the AGM in April 2019. If the change is accepted we will apply again.
