[BUG] Toolbar on article view display bug on Essential PH-1 phone

Description

The top toolbar on articles is showing incorrectly lower in the screen on Essential phone device.

Steps to reproduce

Pre-requisite: Bug may be specific to the Essential PH-1 phone

  1. Open an article without a lead image (e.g. Pareto principle)
  2. Scroll down in that article
  3. Navigate to another article now with a lead image (e.g. Kotlin (programming language)
  4. Scroll down in that article
Expected

Toolbar should appear initial (steps 1 and 3) at the very top of the screen, then scroll off upon user scrolling down (steps 2 and 4).

Actual

Toolbar appears about a 3rd of the way down the screen, and remains in position for a while when user starts scrolling down before scrolling off screen.
