Organize a meeting for design researchers, when people are in town for dev summit and all hands. January 24, 2018, after 3pm seems to work for all of us.
This task is to create a few draft ideas for meeting, and propose them to the group after the Thanksgiving holiday.
At a minimum, we want to learn about what each of us is doing in the coming months, or year and see if there are opportunities to support each others' work, and/or collaborate.

Here are a few ideas for what to do in that time... I will send out an email today or Monday:
Possible topics to discuss:
share what we are all working on (for awareness, and to see if there are ways we can better support each other)
discuss how we have done participatory design / co creation with communities and volunteers, and discuss best practices or design principles for successfully co creating...
We could go out for a meal together, or order something in to the office.
