Rename @thiemowmde's account in LDAP, Wikitech, and Gerrit

Description

My legal name changed from "Thiemo Mättig" to "Thiemo Kreuz". I'd love to have my accounts in LDAP, Wikitech, and Gerrit changed accordingly:

  • Phabricator: My username always was @thiemowmde, and I can edit the display name. So nothing to do here.
  • Gerrit: My account ID is 1453. I already registered my new email address thiemo.kreuz@wikimedia.de. But I still need to log in as "Thiemo Mättig (WMDE)", and this is also how my name shows up everywhere. This should be changed to "Thiemo Kreuz (WMDE)".
  • My account and user page at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Thiemo_Mättig_(WMDE) needs to move.

I had to delete and recreate the link from my Phabricator account to LDAP, but now everything looks fine. Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately, one issue remains: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Thiemo_Mättig_(WMDE) was accidentally renamed to "Thiemo Kreuz", but should have been renamed to "Thiemo Kreuz (WMDE)". Weirdly enough, I can log in as "Thiemo Kreuz (WMDE)". I think this is because of LDAP. But all my contributions and just everything on-wiki is assigned to the local wiki account "Thiemo Kreuz", which I don't own.

Ah indeed. Sorry about that. However, I guess we should delete the new user create when you logged in because I can no longer rename Thiemo Kreuz to `Thiemo Kreuz (WMDE) getting "The user "Thiemo Kreuz (WMDE)" already exists." Is that OK with you ?

Huh? https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Log/Thiemo_Kreuz_(WMDE). Yea, sure. This is just an unintentional artifact.
